A fresh week, ready every Friday
Your week, planned from Monday.
Four rotating weekly menus built from your reference chart—two meals a day, recipe instructions, nutrition facts, one consolidated Walmart list, and a practical 30-minute workout.
Monday’s plan
Shop aisle by aisle
All 14 meals are grouped by the part of the store where you’ll find them. Buy amounts round up to a practical package size; recipe needs stay visible underneath.
Walmart product pages are candidates found September 30, 2026. Price, stock, pickup, and delivery were not confirmed because Walmart blocked automated verification; check the product page or your store before buying.
Pantry staples are separated so you can check home before buying duplicates.
Past weeks
Review the four most recently completed Monday–Sunday menus. Open any meal to revisit its full recipe.
The archive advances automatically at 12:00 AM ET each Monday, when the week that just ended moves into the top position.
Turn the chart into a plate
The image is a source of ingredients—not a prescription. This weekly plan repeatedly uses its fish, eggs, greens, berries, olive oil, avocado, fermented foods, mushrooms, garlic, turmeric and ginger.
Use the recipe quantities rather than a fixed plate ratio. Water is the default drink.
